Open access courses in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan
The Primary Mental Health Support Service offers a range of educational open access courses for adults in the local community. These courses are delivered in co-production between the NHS and local third sector organisations.Even though some of the courses have already started, you can join in at any stage, and make up missed sessions at the next round. Each session is self-contained so there is no need to worry about falling behind.
The courses here in Cardiff and the Vale are available to everyone – there's no need to book your place, just come! It's unlikely that the courses will be completely full, but if the courses are filling up, the places will go to the people who arrive first.
