Mental health self help resources
Self help resources are a great way of tackling common mental health problems. We recommend the following self help workbooks, which cover a range of everyday difficulties. They can be accessed by clicking on the image below.
Adults in Wales can now access free online therapy without needing a GP referral. If you are aged 16 and over experiencing mild to moderate anxiety, depression or stress, you can sign-up for a 12-week course of SilverCloud online therapy via your smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer. You can access Silvercloud via this link https://nhswales.silvercloudhealth.com/signup/
