Self help resources are a great way of tackling common mental health problems. We recommend the following self help workbooks, which cover a range of everyday difficulties. They can be accessed by clicking on the image below.

Adults in Wales can now access free online therapy without needing a GP referral. If you are aged 16 and over experiencing mild to moderate anxiety, depression or stress, you can sign-up for a 12-week course of SilverCloud online therapy via your smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer. Book Prescription

Book Prescription Wales is a scheme that aims to help people with mild to moderate emotional problems to make use of high quality self-help books that have been specially selected by psychologists and counsellors working in Wales.
