Primary Mental Health Support Service and Stepiau Feedback
A big thank you to everyone who completed our feedback forms. We use the information to help shape our service and were pleased to have such a positive response during our first year of operation.
Below is a summary of GP and service user feedback in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. We have now put formal evaluation processes in place for all groups to ensure the quality remains high and the groups are as effective as possible. We work closely with the Psychological Implementation Group and Psychological Therapy Management Committee to ensure the interventions delivered are of the highest quality.
